St. Louis Heights ProjectWe found Seth Sutherland of SS Builders, Inc. by visiting one of his homes while it was still under construction. We were impressed with the quality of workmanship and attention to detail. After meeting with Seth, his professionalism and knowledge of building an island home convinced us to use SS Builders to build the home we wanted. Seth and his architect, Bill Dux, worked with us to maximize the use of our lot and to build the home of our dreams. Both Seth and Bill kept us informed of progress and decision points with regular phone calls, emails and pictures. Both were readily available to provide guidance and informed timely responses to any questions. Seth provided a detailed check list with allowed costs for the basic materials such as floors, cabinets, counter tops, appliances, fixtures, etc. Seth provided clear, accurate cost estimates for any modifications and change orders. We were able to work with Seth to schedule on site meetings at times that were convenient for us. Seth and his sub-contractors were always very friendly, professional and helpful during these walk through visits. We are very pleased with the quality and look of the final product.
